About Barclay Grayson

As a senior vice president of Portland, Oregon’s BPM Real Estate Group, Barclay Grayson oversees divestitures and new property development financing in addition to the firm’s acquisition of multifamily, senior housing, retail, hotel, and office building properties. Based in Portland, Barclay Grayson joined BPM in 2003, and since that time, he has also become interested in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification as well as EB-5 and the Opportunity Zone funding.

To remain apprised of the latest developments pertaining to these incentives, Mr. Grayson attends the Opportunity Zone Expo in Las Vegas. He has also attended industry events like the Radisson Conference in Florida and Meet the Money in New York.

In addition to an MBA in finance and real estate from Columbia Business School, Mr. Grayson holds a BS in management and marketing from the University of Oregon. A former member of Beta Theta Pi, he received the Sorensen Man of the Year award from the fraternity as a senior and served for three years as the Beta House treasurer.
